VRC Ladies Only Fitness
Looking for a private and comfortable ladies only facility? VRC Fitness centre offers a fully equipped ladies area, complete with a closed circuit television that links directly to our child care room.
Our memberships even come with one free session with the head of our personal training department. You’ll receive a workout plan unique to your needs and goals.
Our facility also boasts a pool, hot tub, steam rooms, tanning, group fitness and racquetball and squash courts. These are just some of the many activities our 25,000 square foot facility is equipped for.
